OUR GOAL:

WE enhance human transformation together to build a more inclusive and more just society on a larger global scale through entrepreneurial development and skillful trainings in diverse sectors.

INCENTIVE DEVELOPMENT ACTION [IDA] is one of the leading human rights movements in Cameroon having strong positions in the field of protection of the Stateless persons, rights of IDPs, and the Refugees.

Stakeholders and other Implementing Partners, donor agents, media and beneficiary communities recognize the IDA as a Development Initiative Community Based Organization.

IDA is aware of its role in the humanitarian and development sector, so it is ready to make complementary efforts of stakeholders as well as strengthen the individual and institutional capacity of humanitarian and development sector to achieve the desired goals and objectives, a safe and dignified life in Cameroon.

INCENTIVE DEVELOPMENT ACTION [IDA] protects the rights of stateless persons, asylum seekers, Refugees, and victims and Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons and victims of conflicts hereinafter referred to as beneficiaries.

We are changing the rules of the game between the system and man for the sake of human security and dignity.

INCENTIVE DEVELOPMENT ACTION [IDA] is a leader in humanitarian and development action and a platform to deliver our twin goals of reducing poverty and boosting shared prosperity.

VALUES:

Man is the highest value for us. Our priorities are aimed at building an inclusive society where the satisfaction of human needs, respect for the individual, his inalienable rights and freedoms, gender equality and development are the standards of the time of the time, we value the uniqueness of our philosophy and uniqueness of each person and see this as a source for movement for humanitarianism and development effort. We recognize everyone’s right to their own position and choice in the planetary space. Tolerance, inclusion and zerodiscrimination, non-violence are the basis of our interaction with citizens.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT:

By developing our mindsets, we assist in human development, building the capacities of others, strive to become prospective leaders by constantly developing our skills, improve our human potentials and assisting others to unleash their potentials. We are visionary leaders and futuristic, holistic and set ambitious goals, create wealth and be systemic through the implementation of innovations. We promote quality systemic changes in the area of human development, community health development and sensitization, sanitation, entrepreneurial and skill development, climate change, violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism, fighting of statelessness and promote active citizenship in the society in order to create a define, safe and secured life for people without leaving no one behind.

We sorely rely on diversity, inclusiveness and do not discriminate against people because of their belonging to one or another social group.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

We strengthen resilience against terrorist radicalization and violent extremism that is contributing towards peace, stability and developing inclusive opportunities for youth, women, underprivileged communities of the state of Cameroon by enhancing de-radicalization process in conflict-affected areas.

A.PREVENTIVE COMMUNICATION: We carry out prevention of communication that polarizes the society, disrupt hate messages and hate crimes, seek to support mentorship programs by amplifying the voice of the youth, and strengthening the mass media capacity to report on matters of National Public interests.

B.YOUTH MENTORSHIP: Youth mentorship and other programs involving women as key actors engaging in referral systems that seek ways to decrease the readiness of Youth at risk or vulnerable to engage in political, religious and ideological violence by channeling and creating pathways for mentorship and mind development.

C.RESEARCH: Our research component contributed towards fighting statelessness, improving citizenship, community health development and sensitization, sanitation, entrepreneurial and skillful trainings, climate change, environmental protection, conservation and improving impact, and enhancing understanding of agriculture, preventing conflict and peacebuilding and disrupting patterns of VERLT recruitment of youth.

We build the civic space by promoting the civil society, carry out entrepreneurship and leadership development programs. Our aim is to work in partnership with donors to build strong partnerships for advocacy, technical assistance and operational support to combat poverty, maintain stability, build inclusiveness and cohesive societies and promote diversity. Increase access to gender justice and women‘s rights movement and education.
